Seesmart, Inc. is pleased to provide the following limited warranty for its products. All Seesmart® products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year, three (3) years or a period of five (5) years based on the specific product group. Warranty is limited to replacement of product upon verification of purchase, valid warranty period and proper handling.

Five (5) Year Warranty

The four (4) product categories listed below are covered for a period of five (5) years:

• High Bay Lights
• Street Lights*
• Low Bay Lights
• Tube Lights
• PAR Lights (SKU #180094-180129)

* Excludes Tunnel Lights

Three (3) Year Warranty

The eight (8) product categories listed below are covered for a period of three (3) years:

• High Power Bulbs (a.k.a. Utility Lights)
• Canopy Lights
• Tunnel Lights
• Interior Grid Lights
• Spotlights (SKU #170079 - 170090)
• Household Bulbs
• PAR Lights**
• Downlights
• Wall Washers

One (1) Year Warranty

All other products listed below are covered for a period of one (1) years:

• Candelabras
• Spotlights - MR 11
• Spotlights - E27
• Candelabras - Mini Globe
• Spotlights - MR 16***
• Accessories

In the event that any Seesmart product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within warranty period, Seesmart, Inc. will replace the product upon meeting the following criteria:

• Customer contacts original distributor / place of purchase to verify original purchase and date
• Obtains an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from original distributor / place of purchase
• Customer returns defective product to the Seesmart facility designated on the RMA for inspection
• Seesmart, Inc. will inspect all returned product for misuse and or damage prior to replacement of product.

Seesmart, Inc. will not replace or issue credit for any product that has been misused, mishandled or improperly installed, as determined by our inspection upon return. Seesmart is not responsible for replacement or credit of any Seesmart products once the specified warranty period expires. In the event that a product is misused or damaged by the customer prior to the expiration of the warranty period, Seesmart disclaims all obligations under this Warranty. Warranty is not transferable unless approved, in writing, by Seesmart, Inc. prior to any warranty claim. Any physical damage, changes to the product, or defacing of labels on parts & components voids warranty. EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING, SEESMART, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR USE OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event shall Seesmart, Inc. be liable for any other costs or damages, including lost profits, incidental, special or consequential damages.
